Ramani
Ramani serves as one of the Directors and the Finance Head of KB Infrastructure, where she oversees key functions including Finance, Administration, Legal Affairs, Investor Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions. With over 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, she has built a strong reputation for her expertise in strategic business planning, treasury operations, foreign exchange management, and fund optimization.
Before joining KB Infrastructure, Ramani held the position of Financial Head at Mind Source in 2011, where she played an instrumental role in streamlining financial systems, improving cost efficiency, and driving business growth. Her strategic insight and analytical approach have consistently contributed to sustainable financial performance and organizational stability.
A Postgraduate in Economics, Ramani combines strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks. She is known for her disciplined leadership, commitment to corporate governance, and ability to align financial strategies with long-term business objectives. Her visionary approach continues to strengthen KB Infrastructure’s position as a trusted and forward-thinking organization.
Venkateshwarlu Arra
Arra Venkateshwarlu completed his Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) from Osmania University in 1992 and brings with him over 32 years of extensive experience across diverse industries. He has played a pivotal role in the Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector, successfully managing the entire lifecycle of solar power projects—from concept and design to procurement, construction, and final commissioning.
His deep understanding of project management principles, financial planning, and operational efficiency has enabled him to deliver complex renewable energy projects on time and within budget. Mr. Venkateshwarlu is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to integrate innovative solutions that enhance project performance and sustainability.
Over the years, he has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, government bodies, and private organizations, ensuring seamless execution of projects that contribute to India’s growing renewable energy landscape. His dedication and leadership continue to inspire excellence in every initiative he undertakes.
Ram Padmakar
Ram Padmakar Thattepally brings over 20 years of rich experience across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, power, transport, irrigation, and drinking water projects. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in project planning, execution, and strategic management. His expertise lies in driving large-scale development initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of projects with high standards of quality and sustainability.
With a proven record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects, Mr. Thattepally has contributed significantly to the growth of public and private sector enterprises alike. Niharika is a Senior Technical Staffing Executive with an MBA and over 6 years of diverse experience spanning consulting, e-governance, and strategic outsourcing.
